Thank you so much for coming to our home to groom our feathered family members - Mango, Lago, Duke, Daisy, Dezi, Buddy and Olive are so much happier and easier to handle! It was always such a major task for us to load a couple of them at a time and track across town to have them groomed, not to mention how stressful it was for them! It was such a great experience for all of us! For those of you with several birds, this is DEFINITELY the route to go! I met Brandi and her family through our daughters friendships. I ended up working with her and purchasing my Milligold Macaw as well. She is very caring and great at handling and grooming birds of all sizes. I trust her and would recommend her to anyone for advice or grooming needs. Thanx again Brandi.

Dear Brandi,

I hope that if another “bird parent” ever needs a recommendation about your service, you will be able to use this letter.

For starters, your innovative service is a dream come true for anyone that has more then one bird. Getting them loaded up, not to mention the trip in the car (sometimes more then one trip, depending on the total number of birds) can be, and usually is, very stressful for both the birds and the parent.

Convenience aside, you have proven to us that you have the perfect touch in gaining our birds trust. You are not only caring and gentle, but you complete the grooming quickly and efficiently – and you have proven yourself to be great with all the different sizes and breeds we have in our home.

An added bonus is your rates. I could not believe how reasonable it was to have you come to our home. Your service is a winner and I can hardly wait for you to open your store. It will be so much fun to shop in a store that is run by someone who truly loves birds as much as we do.

Thanks so much for all you have done for our birds!

You can also use my son for a reference – he insists that it is worth the trip from Yuma to have you groom his beloved Pearl. No one else touches her anymore.

Sorry this is so late, I've been super busy but THANK YOU so much for the
amazing job you did with Jasper! He is so super cuddly now! Even my husband has
picked him up off the cage!!!!! You are amazing!
